“I wrote this tune on a road trip across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah, and something about the vastness of the landscape was striking to me and though it was incredibly inspiring and beautiful it also made me feel very small, so I just started playing this reflective spacious tune and called it A Distant Landscape.”
